Open angular- design Hypo allergenic and nickel free anodised niobium earring findings - add your own beads to co-ordinate with your designs before turning a hanging loop with round-nosed pliers ( see picture for example)
These open design earwires are hypo-allergenic and very light in weight. A favourite choice for most people with metal sensitivities, they are our most comfortable-to-wear earwires. Their colour is created by anodizing the wire so it is naturally non-tarnishing and never needs cleaning!
These findings are made from certified and traceable niobium wire. Wire thicknesses are 20ga AWG. This is 032” imperial or in metric, 0.81mm. The wire has a long leg allowing you to add your own beads, coils or whatever to customise the earwire before finishing it off with a hanging loop. Add your beads, then trim the wire, leaving 6-8 mm of wire to allow for the hoop. It is a good idea to practice first with craft wire so you know exactly how much wire you need for your own design!

Hypoallergenic means “less likely to contain allergens''. Whilst reactions to these earwires are highly unlikely, theoretically they are not impossible. Please be guided by your own body and if you experience any discomfort, discontinue wearing the earwires and contact us. Do not use if your ears/piercing holes are already inflamed or weeping. Always ensure the wires are cleaned and rinsed before using, to prevent surface contamination as this can cause irritation. Use a mild detergent known to be safe for you and rinse after with plenty of clean water. If new to wearing these wires or you have not worn any dangly earrings for a while, try the wires alone for a short period first. Only when you are happy the wires suit you, should you continue to wear them for longer periods or suspend earrings from them.
