I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

Oops! We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please contact us within two weeks after the product has been received with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

All of our shipping methods include tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification containing the tracking number and a link to the tracking website, which will allow you to monitor the parcel's way to your door. In most countries, you will be also able to track it using your local post's website services, using the number provided.

Please see our sizing guide in the last listing photo for measurements and info before placing your order! Compare your fav shirt to the size chart and choose accordingly. All of our products are unisex and fit more like men's sizing, though they are not overly large. Most women find their typical size works best for a touch of a looser fit. For a snug fit, size down.

Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

How are your products made and where do they ship from?

I work with a reliable, high-quality print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

My order should be here by now but there’s no sign of it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following: ⋄ Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address ⋄ Ask your local post office if they have your package ⋄ Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them. If the shipping address was correct, & the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us with your order number no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. If you provide a wrong address, the shipment will be returned to us. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

What happens if your order couldn't be delivered and is returned to us?

If your order was marked as "returned to sender", there was likely an issue with your shipping address that made your order undeliverable. You can check your tracking history for details that might explain what exactly went wrong in your case. These orders eventually make their way back to our warehouse, and we will be in touch to update you. If your order was returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address or an error that is not on our part, you will need to cover the shipping fee. All items you choose not to re-ship will be donated to charity after 30 days.
