Do you do sticker/charm sets?

Yes! I will be creating some merch specifically for this, and I will also offer sets at discounted prices in sales.

Do you sell singular/custom pieces from sets?

Yes! Make sure to contact me before ordering. Depending on my stock levels, I can check to see if I have any leftover pieces, since I do receive print errors and extra units per orders. This doesn’t stop there! I can also provide a mix and match service, depending on what you want, if it’s doable I’ll gladly create sets for you as a deal. (So as an exp a set of 4 6cm charms are $40 instead of $48) , just let me know what interests you and we can work something out!

Will you gift wrap any orders for special occasions?

Unfortunately no I won’t be offering this service as of now.

How often do you get stock in? And would you do custom orders?

Depending on deadlines, it could be between every 4-5weeks. If I run out of a particular item you’d like, please contact me and I’ll make sure to add the item to my restock list! (Except seasonal merch).

Do you provide optional delivery services? Eg. Faster shipping options?

Yes! I now do upgraded delivery options. Also with tracked delivery, refunds are accepted incase your order becomes lost in transit.

I ordered an item, and it hasn’t arrived? Can I get a full refund?

If this ever happens a partial refund will be accepted, also please note that refunds are only for tracked shipping options/damaged goods. Any loss in transit is not my responsibility, after I post items off with the standard delivery options. Also if international, delays can arise,which can make it a few weeks before an item gets to you! So please bear that in mind.
