What kind of cardstock should I use?

If you're planning on printing with cardstock, I would choose one that is at least 100lbs or more. I personally prefer 130lb cardstock. When it comes to finishing, choosing between glossy or matte, it is personal preference. I always go with matte, but again, whatever you prefer will be great!

Can you send my order to a different email address than what is listed on my etsy account?

Etsy sends download links to the email address listed on your account. Since this email is automated by Etsy, the download link email can only be sent the the email address registered with your account. You can also get to your download through the purchases page on your account.
