My tracking shows that my order was delivered, but I did not receive my item, can I get a refund?

Unfortunately the shop is not responsible for lost packages by the carrier. If the tracking shows the package as delivered the shop will not issue a refund in order to safeguard from fraudulent charges. It is recommended to follow up with the shipping carrier responsible for delivering the package or to be present when the package is to be arrived.

It is the shop policy that refunds will not be issued. However there are some circumstances that would warrant a refund such as mistakes on custom items that are found to be at the fault of Island 2 Mountain Designs. In this case refunds can be requested up to 10 days of delivery. To do so, please reach out with photo evidence of the item’s improper condition.

Custom and personalized orders

Before placing your order you will see a processing time for each item. Once you place your order I will begin creating your item and will have it shipped out before the processing time as expired. If you have not received a tracking number then your package is still being created. As soon as your package is received by a shipping carrier you will receive a tracking number and will be able to track your package during delivery. Before checking in on your item please be sure to check the processing timeline; if the timeline has expired and you still haven't received a tracking number please contact the shop for and update.

Can I cancel my order?

An order can be cancelled up to 12 hours from when you placed your order. If a cancelation is requested after an item has been made, money and time have already been invested. At this point, it is unlikely that a cancellation is possible.

Can I get a partial refund for expedited shipping?

While we try to ship all of our order as quickly as possible, once the item has left our shop the delivery time is out of our control. While purchasing expedited shipping will speed up the amount of time the shipping carrier takes to deliver your package we cannot guarantee when the item will be delivered. We do not offer refunds on expedited shipping if the package is not delivered on the time given from the shipping carrier. It is recommended to check with the shipping carrier should you run into any problems with the delivery of an order using the tracking number provided.

Can you rush my order?

The rush order listing only guarantees a faster production time. Your order will be moved to the front of the line and produced within 1-3 days. The "Rush My Order" listing does not include expedited shipping.
