A Christmas Tree Angel Wings with Heart Bauble in Memory of a Loved Family Member or Friend.

With the personalised name detail engraved into the 6mm Maple or Oak Veneer, this beautiful angel winged heart design will add a rustic, natural feel to your Christmas tree, and will serve as a keepsake for years to come.

To order - simply choose the wood option you would prefer (maple or oak), and leave a note in the personalisation box with the name/word you require engraving.

The bauble measures 8cm tall x 12 wide. They are hand finished with some dark brown faux suede leather cord for hanging as a decoration.

This has been designed, created and lovingly packed by us at Bear and Rose in York, UK - you could also add the gift wrap option and include a gift message inside.

As with all our wooden items, we are working with a natural material and each piece of wood varies from another. There may be slight difference in wood grain and shade.

Throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, shipping and mail industries have been particularly affected.

Domestic (UK) delivery has now generally returned to normal. We send UK orders using either Royal Mail 1st Class, or DHL Next Day delivery. If you've been waiting a week from dispatch, please get in touch.

For International items, we are still seeing some delays, with US and Canada deliveries being particularly affected and taking up to 6 weeks to arrive. Please get in touch if your international delivery hasn't arrived within 3-4 weeks.

We take great pride in our packaging - and take every precaution to ensure your item arrives to you in perfect condition including layers of air cushioning or tissue paper, custom made protective cardboard and labelling up of “Fragile”.

However the fragile nature of some of our products mean occasionally, beyond our control, damage may occur in transit. It’s really important that any damage is reported within 24 hours of confirmed delivery - and photographs of the damaged item with the packaging would be appreciated. Please do make contact within this time period so we can sort a replacement for you as soon as possible.

If you have recently made your order and we haven’t yet made it for you, you can cancel for any reason. Once the item has been made it can no longer be cancelled.

Returns/ refunds are not permitted on customised or personalised items.

We will accept returns of non customised items (geometric animals etc) as long as they are returned in the same condition as sent, unused and at buyers cost. We will issue the refund upon safe receipt of the items.

We always recommend that you ask for a mock up of a name or quote etc before ordering, so you can check you will be 100% happy with how it looks in a particular font.

We offer mock ups free of charge - which are computer images that we can send back to you via messages or email. We would rather ensure that you are completely happy with personalised orders before we go ahead and make it.
