HOW TUMBLERS ARE MADE
All tumblers designs are created using brilliant and vibrant outdoor grade vinyl and adhered to the tumbler. Designs are not baked onto the tumbler or engraved into the tumbler making these beauties handwash only.



Each tumbler is made to order and are handmade so I make every effort to make sure they are as close to 100% perfect as possible however some imperfections may occur.

SHIPPING POLICY
• Shipping will be through USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail depending on the package. Please allow 2-5 business days for shipping transit.
• Items will be shipped to the address on your Etsy account unless a note is left stating otherwise. Ensuring the correct address avoids any shipping delays.
• Once an item has been made or shipped, no refund will be given.
• This shop is not responsible for any delays which we do not have control over. Please contact the shipping carrier directly. Make sure to check your tracking information to see the status of your delivery. Message if your still having problems with your delivery.


RETURN POLICY
• All tumblers are handmade and customized to order. Therefore, orders have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Once the tumbler begins production (approximately 24 hours after order is placed) it is not possible to cancel the order. If item is damaged upon arrival, the tumbler must be sent back to me in order to be fixed.
• Returns are not accepted on personalized items unless an error was made on my end.
• If personalization details are not stated at the time the order is placed and we are unable to contact you through Etsy messages, we will unfortunately need cancel and refund the order.
• Once an item has been made or shipped, no refund will be given.
• All orders are on a made-to-order basis and we will not accept any returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please note all individual computers and devices may have a slight color difference and may not match exactly to what is seen on your individual screen. By purchasing, the buyer is aware of this and agrees to the slight color difference on the designs/items.
