Do you offer shipping upgrades?

We use USPS and UPS as shipping services. The majority of orders ship USPS Ground Advantage, which should reach you within 1-5 business days, and we offer USPS Priority Mail, UPS 2-Day or UPS Next Day as our shipping upgrades. All 3 of these upgrades can be found in the shipping dropdown menu during checkout. LARGE ORDERS: We do reserve the right to ship larger orders that qualify for free shipping via UPS Ground for 2-5 day delivery if we find that the rates are cheapest for that option.

An item in my order arrived damaged or I received the wrong item, what should I do?

If you receive a damaged order or a wrong item, please take photos of the item AND packaging and send the photos to us through Etsy messenger, or by email (support @ sweetandsaltymugs.com) ASAP. We will ship out your replacement items within 24 hours. **PLEASE NOTE: We require that damaged items be reported to us within 5 days of delivery in order to qualify for replacement, so please open your packages as soon as they arrive.

My Order Is Marked "Delivered" But I Did Not Receive The Item

Your first step is to look at your receipt and ensure that your delivery address is correct. Next, check with family members, neighbors, or anyone else that may have picked up the package; as well as back porches, bushes, your garage- anywhere where the item may have slipped due to weather or placed to protect from the weather. There are occasions where packages are scanned and marked delivered prior to delivery. If your preliminary search turns up nothing, then wait an additional 24 hours to see if it arrives. If it still hasn't arrived, use USPS's online service request form here: https://emailus.usps.com Enter your tracking number, click "Track" and then click "Start" under "Having an issue related to this tracking number?"

I Haven't Received My Package by the Delivery Date Etsy Displayed When I Placed the Order. Is it Lost?

Please consider the delivery dates shown by Etsy to be estimates and not set in stone. Things like weather, peak shopping times (such as Christmas), etc can cause shipping delays. While we, as the creators of your items, can guarantee we will have your items produced within our listed production times, we have no control over the shipping process once the order in the mail and in route and as such, we cannot guarantee a delivery date. If you are ordering with a deadline for arrival in mind, it may be in your best interest to select one of the UPS shipping upgrades (UPS 2-Day or UPS Next Day) shown in the dropdown menu during checkout just to be safe.

I entered the wrong address for shipping, what should I do?

We urge everyone to be VERY careful when entering mailing addresses and do understand that accidents can happen. If the order has not yet shipped: Please send us a message through Etsy messenger with the proper shipping address and we will make a note on the order and ensure it ships to that address. If the order has already shipped: Unfortunately, we are limited to what we can do to get your package redirected to a new address when it is in transit. In many cases, this means waiting until it is returned back to us before we can reship. In this case, if the item needs to be reshipped to a new address, we will have to charge a re-shipping free to cover the cost of the new shipping charges.

Can I place a single order but have items shipped to different addresses?

No. If you require items to be shipped to separate addresses, please place individual orders for each address you are shipping to.
