Custom panels made from Pennsylvania kiln-dried red oak lumber.
***These panels are approximately 7/8" thick ***
(1-1/4" thickness available at 1.25x regular cost)
(1-1/2" - 1 3/4" thickness available at 1.5x regular cost)
When building our panels, we use premium waterproof wood glue. Your panel will never come apart, even in humid conditions.
Bowing may occur on wider panels due to natural wood movement. On tops 36" and wider, we recommend adding support to keep the top flat with seasonal changes. Below are a few solutions.
- Steel C-Channel installed underneath (+ $225/Top) (Over 7' long + $330/Top)
- Breadboard Ends (+ $400/Top)
- Your base may accommodate this. (If you're not sure, send us a picture of the base you'll be using)
