🎉 Keep in mind – we leave lots of space/characters in the personalization section so you can add any additional notes to us you want us to know. There is still a limit to the number of characters available on each size – 17" signs and especially 10" signs will be limited to number of characters.

10" SIGNS - We do not offer customization of the Welcome set. Due to space constraints, names will be in block font and cannot include EST dates (please see the listing images *of the 10" signs* for reference). *We will no longer be sending proofs for 10s*. Orders submitted in contravention to this paragraph will be cancelled. Read this paragraph again if you are ordering a 10.

Alterations - We can make one change gratis for an error that is a result of a request not being spelled correctly on our part. As we copy/paste the request in 99.9% of orders, that rarely happens. Any alteration after the order is proofed as requested will incur a design fee for each iteration.

Pluralization - As a matter of course, family name requests that include an apostrophe will be designed without the superfluous punctuation. It is a grammatical aberration and visually abhorrent.

Cancellation -
If you cancel before we have sent a proof, we will refund 100% of the order. If you cancel once a proof has been sent, 25% is non-refundable. If the sign has gone to production and you cancel, 50% is non-refundable. We hate to do this but pulling an order from production is no small feat.

*Please remember!* These items are custom and hand made/painted, there may be minor flaws in the paint or even in the wood, which is often out of our control. We do try to make sure that there are no major problems with either of these before shipping out. (Stain colors and engraving details may also vary slightly due to lighting, monitor settings, and variations in the wood – e.g., wood taking stain differently or the wood engraving differently.)
