We cannot accept returns at this time since we do not carry an inventory and our products are made on-demand! We strive for quality but if there is a manufacturing issue or damage during shipment, please reach out to us providing photos and we will work to get you a replacement asap!

► Do You Accept Cancellations?

Unfortunately we no longer accept cancellations after an order has been placed as our team is consistently producing and shipping extremely fast. Please be sure to double check your carts, so you don't accidentally place an order.

► How are your mugs made?

Mugs are made through a cycle called dye sublimation. A transfer paper is printed with ink that will deliver from the paper under the perfect measure of heat and pressure. Mug artwork is inkjet printed, using special dye-sublimation inks and transfer paper. After printing, the transfer paper is wrapped around the mug. The image on the transfer paper is mirrored. Heat and pressure is applied to transfer the image. Printed dye is mixed with the coating. The image then becomes part of the mug.

► What if my mug arrives broken?

The issue when mugs arrive broken is related to the carrier, and the way they deliver and handle the packages. Please message me on Etsy ASAP! I will need photo proof for insurance purposes, so that I can either get a replacement sent out to you or issue a full refund to your account.
