You will receive a 4 leaf rooted plant with great variegations. Packaged with lots of love and care. The 4 leaf plant will ship priority to you via USPS.

Leaf Browning: You may experience some browning of the plant's leaf. This is common when this type of monstera gets stressed (specially during shipping) or has changes to its watering. If you don't like the plant we picked in the photo and we can't find a suitable alternative then we will cancel the order and refund the full amount.

Please contact us within 24 hours and attach photos of the plant and any damage that you can see. Please keep the box and any packaging materials as we may need them later.

Please note that shipping is very stressful to the plant. The plants have been in a box with no light or air. Its also normal for the bottom leaf to turn yellow or brown.

Shipping took much longer than expected but was advised this was to ensure quality of plant and kept informed. I was very frustrated to receive a plant that started browning immediately but have now received response to hopefully work through this

albo monstera is a very finicky plant. shipping is very stressful to the plants due to lack of light, air and # of days in a box. customer seems to be aware of this. the plant needs acclimation, water accordingly with nutrients and tlc - it should thrive in no time..
