Shipping:
Mostly we use Australia Post express and standard shipping depending upon the customer’s need. We usually ship within 24 hours after the payment has cleared. We do not ship on weekends and Public Holidays.
Return & Exchange:
We accept Returns and Exchanges as per ebay Policy. We deal in 100% new tagged products manufactured at our own Manufacturing Plant located in Middle East. So normal wear and tear while using work wear products would not be considered as damaged products and we are reluctant to accept such products either as a return or as an exchange.
Most of the products are offered with free shipping at our store but we actually pay a shipping cost against each order. Therefore, all exchanges and change of mind returns would be refunded after deducting Postage cost.
In case, we post a different size, color or product from the actual order then we will either fully refund or repost the correct product free of charge.
