Each RELOVEDLUMBER sign is handmade to order with high quality, 100% solid wood. Each piece has its own natural imperfections, such as holes, knots or other blemishes which we do not attempt to hide in any way. This is what gives our products their uniqueness and that farmhouse charm we all know and love. Since each piece will take to our creation process slightly differently, no two signs will be exactly alike.

COLOR

When choosing a color from the drop down menu within the listing, you are choosing the color of the BACKGROUND of your sign. Our color schemes include an ivory painted background with black text, a grey painted background with white text, a black painted background with white text, or a pure white painted background with black text. Text and images are created using the highest quality premium, permanent vinyl. Due to the high quality of our materials, our signs are perfect for every room of the home, even bathrooms. We do not recommend placing signs outside in areas of direct sunlight, rain, or snow since we do not use chemically treated, outdoor lumber. Harsh elements can potentially damage your sign(s) if they are not cared for properly. Indoors is best.

FRAMES

All frames are stained a beautiful medium/dark brown wood stain. Each piece will have slight color variations. No two frames will be exactly alike. We do not offer additional stain choices at this time.

HANGING HARDWARE

Signs can stand alone or be hung. Hanging hardware is included with purchase but NOT installed. Every sign, with the exception of the 7” mini size, comes with an easy to install sawtooth hanger and two screws that are rated to hold up to 50lbs each. Your hanging hardware can be found in a small plastic zip bag taped to the back of your sign. The 7” mini size is light enough to be hung with a simple adhesive strip (EX: Command Strips). Adhesive strips are not included with purchase.

WREATHS / PHOTO PROPS

Wreaths and/or any pictured photo props are NOT included with purchase. We do NOT make or sell wreaths at this time. Purchase includes solid wood sign only.

PACKING SLIPS

We have decided to go paperless! In an effort to be more environmentally conscious, as of July 1, 2017 we will no longer include a packing slip with your order.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please remember to check your shipping address PRIOR to submitting your order. All orders will be sent to the address on file, no exceptions. If you realize after placing an order that your shipping address is incorrect, please get in touch with us immediately. One of two things will happen- you will either need to place a new order with the correct address and once the new order is placed, the original order will be fully refunded back to the original payment method; or in some instances, we will be able to send an additional listing to simply cover the difference in shipping cost, if any.

Please keep in mind that RELOVEDLUMBER is NOT responsible for non-delivered or mis-delivered packages due to incorrect shipping addresses. If a package is returned to us or delivered to an incorrect address, buyer will be responsible for additional shipping costs and, if needed, the cost of new sign(s) to replace.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

Due to the nature of our work and the fact that orders are begun immediately, we do NOT accept order cancellations at this time. Please keep this in mind when making your purchase. In rare circumstances, an adjustment to the order may be made for equal or greater value if the order has not yet shipped. This is not guaranteed. Once shipped, no exchanges or adjustments will be offered.

All signs, unless otherwise specified in the Item Details section, are ivory with black text. Most listings also offer black, grey, or pure white background color options. Black and grey backgrounds will have white text while pure white backgrounds will have black text.

All frames are a medium/dark brown wood stain.

Keep in mind that due to individual computer monitors, cell phone screens, tablet screens, etc. colors may vary slightly from what you see in listing photos.

The size of each sign/sign set can be found within the Item Details section of the listing. All sizes are approximate by up to 1/2” and are not guaranteed to be the exact dimension listed. Items of the same size purchased together will be the same size.

Of course, if you would like a packing slip for any reason, just send us a message or leave a note when making your purchase and we will be sure to include one with your package.

If you are interested in purchasing a wreath of your own, feel free to send me a message and we will try to point you in the direction of where to find them. We do not make and/or sell any wreaths at this time and again, they will NOT be included with sign purchase.

If your item(s) arrive damaged, please bring this to our attention within 48 hours of delivery. We will require a minimum of (3) photos of the damage including a minimum of (1) additional photo of the original packaging. We will assess the damage and work with you to find a solution.

Packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and include insurance at no extra cost to buyer. Buyer will be responsible for filing a damage claim on their own. If help or additional information is needed while filing, we will happily provide. If a damage claim is filed with USPS, buyer will qualify for a replacement using damage claim funds (if claim approved), replacement while being responsible for shipping (if claim denied), or a refund less shipping costs.

In the event that an item is returned to RELOVEDLUMBER for insufficient/incorrect address, buyer is responsible for all further shipping costs.

In the event that an item is marked as delivered and buyer claims non-receipt, buyer is responsible for contacting USPS and/or filing a non-delivery/missing mail claim. RELOVEDLUMBER is not responsible for non-delivered, missing, or mis-delivered packages and we will not send replacements.
