We Accept Custom orders for Size, Color, and Design. And size can vary a little bit due to the handmade process.

You Can Not Wash Them with Water, You Can Vacuum or Rub the Spot with a Damp cloth to clean them.

Packing:
The Rugs are sent in a folded manner, and due to the folding manner packing the rug can be bulging out slightly in the middle. But you can make a roll of the rug and lay it after one day. it will be flat properly or keep any heavy stuff for 1-2 days at the place from where it is not flat. it will be properly flat.

Return Policy:
We accept the return only in the case of damaged or wrong products only. If the buyer wants to exchange the product or size of the rug then the buyer will be responsible for paying the return shipping charges and also the shipping charge for the new product.
NOTE: - A little bit difference of in color and size will be not a wrong or damaged product.

NOTE: - Duties / Taxes: - Country specification Import Fee and taxes and charges are the responsibility of the buyer and will be paid by the buyer at the time of the delivery of the order (we will provide free shipping for all orders).
