If you notice an issue with your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible with the corrections.

All orders will be sent to the address given on the order unless otherwise requested. Please ensure this address is accurate and complete as we will use it exactly as provided. In order to avoid this, please double check your address when completing your order payment process.

We do not accept returns and exchanges due to the nature of personalized items. If your items arrive damaged due to shipping and handling or we made a mistake on your order, please contact us immediately. Our goal is for you to be so happy and in love with your purchase, so if you are not satisfied in any way, please let us know and we will do our best to make your order right!

We will only send PDF proofs if requested. Most orders do not require the proofing step and it allows us to get your cards to you much faster!

If you would like a proof before we print, please let me know in the notes section at checkout. All proofs are sent via the Etsy conversations system, and you will receive it within 24- 48 business hours.

Our logo is printed very small in light lettering on the bottom back center of the cards as a quality mark.

If you would like our logo left off, please us know at the time of purchase and we will accommodate your request.

Due to monitor settings, slight variances can occur with colors on screen versus printed on paper.

Please type your personalization into the text box on the right side of the listing or in the "message to Sparkle Studio Design" text box on the cart screen. Each listing states in the description what info is required.

We will copy and paste your text directly from your order into the text portion of the design, so we strongly suggest for you to double check your personalization entries. This includes capitalization unless the listing states that the text on the card is all lower or uppercase.

Note cards/Greeting Cards set of 10 or less: packaged in a clear sleeve
Note cards set of 20 or more: packaged in clear acrylic boxes

Unfortunately due to our high volume of orders, we cannot offer custom design services.
