1. How do I download my files after purchase?

Once your payment is confirmed, your files will be available in your Etsy account. Go to Your Account → Purchases and Reviews → Download Files next to your order. You will also receive an email from Etsy with a download link. Please note that digital files cannot be downloaded through the Etsy mobile app, so you will need to log in from a mobile browser or computer.

2. I can't find my download. What should I do?

First, check your spam or junk folder (and Social/Promotions tabs if you use Gmail). You can always access your files by going to: Etsy → Your Account → Purchases and Reviews → Download Files If the Download button is grey, it usually means your payment is still processing. Once the payment clears, the files will become available.
