BUYER BEWARE! I ordered a passport holder 11/30, got a shipping notification 12/1 but never received item. I contacted the seller 12/13 who made excuses about shipment delays. Then I got another shipping notification 12/14 -item was never mailed the first time! Upon receipt, I noticed the design imprint on the passport holder was way off center. It was unsightly & did not look anything at all like the photos on the website. I contacted seller asking for either a replacement or a refund. He was unwilling to replace & offered a partial refund, saying sometimes imprints come out of production off center. I refused a partial refund because I couldn’t use the unsightly passport holder & would rather get a full refund. A couple more messages were sent but seller refused to refund me or send a replacement. An absolute WASTE OF MONEY!
