If for any reason you are not happy with the jewellery, you can return the product. But please contact me before for instructions. Contact me within 3 days of the estimated delivery date.

The return will be accepted only if the product is returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Earrings are NOT returnable due to hygiene reasons under any circumstances. (Please don't purchase earrings if you aren't sure)

Buyers are also responsible for sending the items back safely to receive a refund or exchange. Shipping costs for sending back are the customer's responsibility.

The return must be sent back to me within 7 days from notifying me.

Please ensure the correct shipping address is placed on the order as we are not responsible for shipments when the address provided by you was not correct. We cannot reship items with the wrong address as it's not our fault. We are unable to offer refunds on incorrect addresses.

Firstly sorry to hear your item is delayed. I post items as quickly as I can normally within the first 24 hours. Once the item is posted as you will appreciate I don't have much control over it. It's with the mail provider who may be affected by unforeseen circumstances. You may have to wait longer than usual in some scenarios. Please remember all delivery dates are estimates and may be subject to delays out of my control. UK orders need to wait 21 working days and international delays need to wait up to 25 working day before declaring it lost.

All items have our return address and will be sent back to us if there any issues in delivering the item. By purchasing you agree to our delivery policy. (please ask for more info if required)

Yes you can upgrade your parcel on the checkout.
Please remember once it's posted it's totally out of my hands and with Royal Mail. They are all estimated delivery dates.

Please be aware you are responsible for ensuring you are checking the tracking information and arranging a collection if you miss the delivery. As you will be see all the tracking info once it's marked as shipped. I cannot be held responsible for packages that have been returned to sender due to you not re-arranging delivery or picking up package. If this does happen please note you'd need to pay for postage to reship or if you want a refund I take away the original shipping fee I have incurred from the refund amount. (£2.85)

Firstly sorry to hear the item arrived damaged. We do all we can to keep our products safe and secure when we ship them. We carefully inspect all pieces before shipping. If your item arrived damaged, please just report this immediately. We will require a photo and we may need the item sent back to us for further inspection. UK orders are posted as signed for. This means a reference is provided (it is not fully tracked)
It will show drop off and delivery. It can also be used to rearrange a missed delivery.

International orders have full tracking from start to finish.

You can track them on the Royal Mail website with the references provided.
