Order 30 candles which the exterior and candle (box & ribbon) looked great. However, the font was not what I expected although I approved it. I would definitely have change it if I could. But most importantly, the expectations and understanding regarding delivery was a challenge, because initially, I did not want to give my phone number out. I had no idea it was for selecting a carrier for shipment, which prolonged the shipment. Nonetheless, the seller offered a discount or refund on the next order for the misunderstanding. I love the presentation, but I should have requested a different font.
