Also, I do not send invoices or packing slips (or so ) on paper
(unless requested by you or obligated by Customs / border control )

In case of lost parcels
BPost will start up an investigation and try to locate the parcel and deliver it to you. This will take some time..
When they confirm to me that the parcel is lost I will refund you immediate for the applicable amount.

In case of damage
Please inform me asap (within 5 days)
I have to submit a case at BPost WITHIN 1 WEEK of delivery.
BPost requires pictures of the damaged item, the packaging material and the box with shipping label.
Please hold them, until BPost confirms no additional pictures are needed.

Please note,
If BPost does not accept the claim ( because of being to late, or not sending the required pictures ) neither will I .


The amount of the refund depends on the chosen insurance.

BPost (Belgian Post) is my shipping partner.

Your package will be delivered by your local Postal service (in most cases).

USA : BPost partner is USPS

Please do not ask me to write lower values on customs declaration documents.
I will not do that, international law prohibits such behaviour.

Downgrading to shipment without tracking and insurance is possible.
Discount will be € 2,00

By asking for a downgrade You accept all risk for lost or damage.
and NO REFUND will be availbable in that case.

Upgrading to EXPRESS is possible
Shipping time is 1-5 days
Processing time depends on item.

How to return
Make sure that the customs form CN23 is correctly completed!
Category = RETURN
Include the original invoice (with RETURN written on it) on the outside of the package in a transparent envelope.

Please note,
Postal Services are rough and once in a while packages get lost.
It is the responsibility of the customer to recover lost packages or damage.

The following will NOT be refunded:
* Initial Shipping fee
* A Restocking Fee of 10% of the sales value
* Customs Fee (Customs Fee is at least € 15,00)
* any additional costs that occur.

Our Lighting items are made for 220/230 volts and have european plugs.
Most are easy to adapt. Please Check with your local electrician.
