Warm Weather and Melting Disclaimer: Please know that whipped body butters and foaming scrubs are very delicate and stand the chance of melting when exposed to warm temperatures. For this reason, we do not offer any refunds or replacements on melted products. Please refrain from leaving delivered packages in mailboxes or on porches during warmer weather. If possible, have your package delivered to an address where you’ll be available for delivery. If they do melt it does not change the product. It may appear gritty like texture and that’s only because when the butter is melted it goes back to its original form rather than being whipped. The product is still the same. But If you want to get it back to it’s normal whipped state just pop it in the freezer or fridge and it can be whipped back up. If you receive your product and it is melted it will sometimes look half way full. That is only because when body butters are whipped air pockets get formed into the mix and once melted those air bubbles disperse and if melted it will appear half way full.

Shipping, Delivery & Address Verification

Lost or Stolen Packages: Endless Glow Skin Co. is not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we are more than happy to assist you by opening a formal claim with USPS on your behalf.

Address Accuracy: Please verify that your shipping address is correct on Etsy prior to completing your purchase. We do not offer refunds or replacements for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.

Returned Packages: If a package is returned to our facility due to an insufficient or incorrect address, we will gladly reship the items to your corrected address once the return shipping fee is covered by the customer.

Product Variations & Specifications

Made-to-Order Products: Because our luxury skincare is freshly handcrafted and made to order, please allow for slight color variations between batches.

Sizing & Volume: All products are strictly measured and filled by fluid ounces (Fl. oz.), not by product weight. Visual representations in our product photography showcase our signature 8oz containers.

Colorways & Aesthetics: Please note that not all scent selections automatically come in our signature rainbow colorway. If you desire a specific color palette, please leave a request in the order notes, and we will confirm if it can be accommodated.

Mica & Complexion Notes: We utilize premium mica powders for our colored products, which may interact uniquely with different skin tones. If you prefer a custom hue or a completely mica-free, dye-free formulation, please let us know and we will happily customize a batch for you.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy: Due to the personal and handcrafted nature of our skincare products, Endless Glow Skin Co. does not accept returns or offer refunds.

Eligible Exchanges: We want you to be completely satisfied with how our products perform. If there is a functional issue with your product or an issue with the formulation itself, we will gladly facilitate an exchange. Please contact us within 2 days of delivery to initiate this process.

Exclusions (Scent Preferences): Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or replacements based on a personal dislike of a scent. Our fragrance oils are sourced from a trusted premier vendor, and we do not manufacture the scent profiles themselves. We highly recommend reviewing scent notes carefully prior to purchasing.

Also we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. I can open a claim through USPS for you though. Please make sure your address is correct on Etsy. We do not provide refunds if you provide a incorrect address. We will however send your package to the correct address once the items are forwarded back at the cost of the customer.


Since these are made to order there can be a slight colorant variation in all of the products. All of my body butters are measured by fluid ounces. What is pictured is our 8oz containers. The mica powders in these butters may interact with the skin depending on the type of skin tone you have, if you want a custom color or no mica please let me know.

I do not accept returns but I do exchanges (accordingly). You will be responsible for paying for the return as well. I try my best to make my customers happy and if something is wrong with your butter as far as how it works etc I can definitely exchange but as far as if you don’t like the scents you chose I cannot exchange for that cause because I do not make the scents. I buy them from a separate vendor.
