How to Measure your Head
Take a measuring tape and wrap it around your head just above your eyebrows and over your ears. Make sure the tape lies over the fullest part of the back of the head and do not pull the tape any tighter than you would want a hat to feel during wear.


SIZE Small: 22 1/2"
SIZE Medium: 23"
SIZE Large: 24"

Above are our standard sizes.
We can also make to fit smaller or larger heads, and these other sizes are considered "Custom".

Please be sure to take this measurement 2 or 3 times to ensure an accurate measurement. If in doubt always size up and never size down. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us using the Etsy contact shop link.

Most items take between 1-3 weeks to be made and shipped after you place your order. If you purchase multiple items then these could take the full three weeks. If you need an item for a certain date please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate you!

We know how special you want that gift to feel when the recipient opens it! Here at Boston Millinery we offer a bespoke wrapping service which can vary from wrapping paper for the smaller items like headbands or gift bags for hats and larger accessories.

All purchases are shipped via USPS mail and various shipping speeds are available.

The USPS doesn't guarantee delivery dates, and while I ship everything as quickly as I can I have no control over the date that a package will arrive.

Estimated USPS shipping times are approximate:

DOMESTIC:

First Class Mail between 2-5 days

Priority Mail between 2-3 days

Priority Mail Express 1-2 days

INTERNATIONAL:

First Class Package International Service between 11 to 20 business days

Priority Mail between 6 to 10 business days

Priority Mail Express International between 3 to 5 business days.

Boston Millinery will accept RETURNS and EXCHANGES within 7 DAYS of tracking/post mark of you receiving your item. Please do not try to return a worn item.

Please contact me prior to the return and or exchange. Please also let me know the tracking number of the return so I may look out for it.

FOR RETURNS, due to the amount of time and care that goes into every handmade item Boston Millinery reserves the right to charge a RESTOCK FEE of 20% of the purchase price.

CUSTOM ITEMS must be PREPAID and are NON REFUNDABLE.

Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
