Unfortunately, I am unable to offer any type of refund or exchanges on digital files due to the digital nature of them. Please contact me if you have any issues at all and I will do my best to accomodate.

DO YOU INCLUDE FONTS WITH PURCHASE?

No. It is against the copyright law of the font designer for me to include their fonts in an order. I do however, send links to all of the fonts used in each design along with your final files so that you may purchase them for your own small business use.

I do not offer any type of print services in my shop. I offer design services only, and am not responsible for the item once it has gone to a printer.

CAN I PURCHASE THE DESIGN GRAPHICS ONLY?

No. I do not sell the graphics on their own. My designs are only sold as finished designs.

Little Olive Press, LLC retains all copyright to pre made logo designs. You may use your new logo for personal or personal business use, which includes but is not limited to web/blog use, media, social media, etc. I do not allow the logo to be used to sell as a new logo or sell as clipart files. You may not under any circumstances claim my designs as your own.

WILL YOUR PREMADE LOGOS BE RE-SOLD?

Yes. All designs available for immediate purchase are pre-made designs that are not OOAK and will be re-sold. If you're interested in something custom, feel free to message me for a quote.

All items are digital products and delivered electronically (e-mail, instant download, dropbox links). They do not have shipping fees. Premade logos are NOT instant download. NO PHYSICAL ITEMS WILL BE SENT. For all premade logos and designs that require customization, please allow 1-2 days for processing.

Please note that due to the increasing amount of abandoned orders, we will no longer issue a cancellation if you make a purchase and refuse to communicate via Etsy Messenger. If you do not approve the design proofs within 7 days of it being delivered, we will have to assume the design is in order and your temporary download link will be issued. Please be responsible with your purchases. We appreciate you respecting our time.

LOGO & CUSTOM FILE DELIVERY

All files are delivered via a temporary download link. The download link will expire after 24 hours, but will be held for up to 5 days if you need me to re-send. Please be sure to backup your files after you download.
