All Michelle’s jewellery is made from precious metal. When you receive your jewellery it will come with a polishing cloth to make it lovely and
sparkly if ever it should need it.

If your jewellery has oxidised areas, please don’t try and polish those. Just the shiny parts.


Enamel is very strong and absolutely fine in water. With the enamel rings, please take them off if you are lifting heavy and hard objects as it can put pressure on the shape of the ring which in turn can upset the enamel.

Oxidisation is not completely permanent and can wear away to a certain extent, to a patina, unique to you, which is a beautiful concept, as you play a part in its ‘evolvement’. I bear this in mind when creating designs so try to do jewellery where the oxidised area is protected so that it’s less likely to wear off.

I strive to get photos which reflect the exact colours in my jewellery. I use the same enamel colours as in the photos, getting outside as well as studio shots so that you get a really good idea of colours.

Enamel is essentially strong glass but includes ingredients such as flux, frit and oxides which give the different colours. It is also waterproof.

I have never had ANY complaints regarding allergies from my jewellery. All hooks and posts are Sterling silver.
