Personalized orders are not possible. In rare circumstances, we can produce personalized garments for an additional fee. If you need more information, do not hesitate to ask.

We produce clothes in 7 different sizes, but if none of them fit you, just send us a message with your measurements and we will produce a garment in the most suitable size for you. If you have any questions we will be happy to advise you. We ensure you that our garments are professionally designed in the best proportions that are suitable for most body types, so we invite you to order them as they are.

IMPORTANT: Please note that we do not accept personalized garments exchange or return.

In our size charts you can find the following clothing dimensions:
- Bust: we measure our garments about 2 centimeters below the armpit to find the most accurate bust measurement.
- Hips: we measure hips at the widest part of the natural hip line.
- Length: we measure the length of the garment from top shoulder to the end of the garment.
- Sleeve length: we measure the sleeve length from shoulder seam down. If there is no shoulder seam, we measure length from where the shoulder would be.
- Sleeve width: we measure the sleeve width at the widest part of the arm (biceps area).

- Currently, we can make clothes in 3-5 days, so your order will arrive very quickly! (Usually, since we sew and dye the clothes ourselves, the production process takes about 2-3 weeks.)
- Delivery after production may take 3-6 working days, depending on the country of destination.

If the purchase did not meet your expectations, you can return it. We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or undamaged merchandise. Return must be received and processed within 14 days to receive a refund to the original form of payment.

We are very sorry but we do not cover return fees except in cases where the error is on our part.

Please note, that we do not accept returns/exchanges initiated more than 14 days after receipt.
