How do I open the ZIP file? / Can't access the files?

To open the ZIP file, first RIGHT-CLICK the ZIP file and then select the "Extract All..." option. Click the"Browse" button and select a folder you would like to extract the files to. Then, select the "Extract" button and you're done! Alternatively, you may also use a Zip Extractor Application to unzip your files. (Ex. WinZip). If you are encountering issues with the files, please message me! I can offer alternative methods (email you the files) or help fix the file if there is an error, etc. Thank you! :)

I just purchased the listing but I can't find where to download the digital files! How do I download the files?

Instructions on how to access your digital purchases in your account: 1. Sign in to Etsy.com and go to “Your account”. 2. Go to “Purchases and reviews”. (www.etsy.com/your/purchases) 3. Next to the order, select “Download Files”. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order. Note: You can also go back to the item’s listing page, where you should see an “Instant Download" message on the images for the item. There are generally no limits on when or how many times you can download a file. In most cases, you can access a file any time on your Purchases page, provided the transaction hasn't been still processing, canceled, or removed. I already purchased the item but there is no option to download the files.

If your payment is still processing, you will not be able to download your files immediately. Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed. This payment confirmation process is controlled entirely by Etsy (not me), therefore I appreciate your patience and understanding. Most orders are processed within 72 hours, although they may occasionally take longer.
