The hanger is meant as a keepsake only, for wedding dress photos or white coat ceremony photos for new grads, it can hold up a dress, 𝒃𝒖𝒕 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒍𝒆𝒕𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒔 𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝑶𝑹𝑵𝑨𝑴𝑬𝑵𝑻𝑨𝑳 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑵𝑶𝑻 𝒂 𝒇𝒖𝒏𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍 𝒑𝒂𝒓𝒕 𝒐𝒇 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒆𝒓. My hangers are made with the same materials used for all wire name hangers. The lettering is made from flexible thick gauge artisan wire that is bent into letters by myself and then set into wooden hangers. Just how it appears in the photos. If the wire wasn't flexible, I would not be able to create the letters with it.

I use the best quality wooden hangers that I can find. My hangers with gold wire will always come with a gold hook unless you request gold letters on a silver hook hanger or vice versa. The bows I usually use are satin bows, and can range in size from 3.5 inches to 5 inches and are based on my current supply. Organza ribbon, in the color you requested, may be substituted if necessary due to any shipping delays from my supplier.

Please take note of my current shipping time-frame, as my shop has been very busy for the past few months. When you place an order, it is placed in my order que, then shipped out by USPS Priority once it is made. This shipping window Etsy posts is only an 𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐞 of when to expect your order. so please order early, and do allow for a cushion since all orders are handcrafted solely by myself, during the busy months, I may go over this estimate, due to the amount of orders received, for which I do apologize. If you have any shipping concerns, you can always drop me a message, and I usually respond pretty quickly.

Wedding hangers are wrapped in recyclable and biodegradable cushioning packaging material before being placed in a USPS box. Smaller items will ship in either a USPS flat envelope, or a bubble mailer.

The wedding hangers should not be damaged during transit because of:
1) The sturdiness of the USPS box.
2) The size of the box I use does not allow the hanger to move...at all.
3) The packing protection

Once an order is placed there will be no cancellations, refunds, returns or exchanges due to the personalized nature of all orders, so all sales are final. However, in the event your order arrives severely damaged or has an error on my part, please message me here within 3 days of the delivery time, and include a photo of the box your order was shipped in (only if it arrived damaged), and a photo of the product. Once I receive your message and photos, I will send you a replacement the next business day should your damage qualify. If you report a damaged item within 4-14 days after receiving, you will need to ship the item back to me, at your expense, and once I receive it, I will ship out a replacement.

I started out as an employee at a small independently owned wire jewelry shop located at Walt Disney World, at the then, Lake Buena Vista Marketplace, which became Downtown Disney while I was there, but is now known as Disney Springs. I was one of those artists that created wire names for necklaces. (So I have been doing this for over 30 years now!) I also became a shop manager during my 6 years there. It was there I discovered a love for creating with my hands and a passion for beads and gemstones. Etsy came into the picture with my first shop from 2005-2015.
