A LITTLE ABOUT ME:
I am a Pacific northwest painter, mixed media artist, and mental health therapist. I love painting pieces that contain both the abstract and the real. With my mix of growing up in the rural midwest to now living in the beautiful Puget Sound area, you will see a mix of both agrarian and coastal northwest symbols in my paintings combined with textures that symbolize my emotional experience while painting. I tend to paint close to the earth - as in literally on the ground outside or on the floor of my studio.This lets me and the painting meld into one.
