OUR DOG COLLAR SIZING CHART IS LOCATED IN THE PHOTOS.

Our 2” wide buckle collars are satin lined for comfort and constructed using heavy duty webbing, heavy duty metal hardware and your choice of plastic or metal (aluminum) buckles. All seams are sewn using a triple box stitch for strength and durability. The breaking strength of the buckles is listed below:

Plastic Buckles: 175lbs
Metal Buckles: 500lbs

We would not recommend the plastic buckles for walking a dog that weighs 100lbs or more on lead. If you are using them for neck wear only then they will be perfectly fine.

I process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. I always ship USPS Priority Mail with insurance for the package value. I cannot control shipping delays once the item is in the possession of USPS. Once the item is shipped you will receive the USPS tracking number via the e-mail address you provided with your order. I do monitor all of my orders via USPS tracking and will file missing mail requests with USPS when a package appears to be stalled in an effort to get the order moving and to you. In the rare event a package is lost (30 days from USPS possession), I will file a claim to recover the value of the order. Once the claim is processed successfully, I will refund via Etsy.

I was disappointed because the velvet green leash does not match the green on the collar.

I have another darker shade of green velvet on order and will replace your leash as soon as I receive it. The green velvet leash you have does match. The green in the collar is a little distorted because it is top stitched in black. The replacement leash will fix your issue.
