This largely depends on the type of printer you have, but our first recommendation would be a heavyweight matte paper or card stock!

Premium matte archival fine art paper, such as Moab brand gives fantastic results with an inkjet printer.

Each of our prints come in a specific format size ratio, such as 4x6 or 5x7. The ratio of each work is shown in its description, along with each of the five print sizes included in that purchase. If you are looking for a custom print size, we provide ONE free resize per design from any printable art listing.

Our current turn around time is 72 hours to send the custom size file via a personal Dropbox link through Etsy messaging.

ACCESSING FILES FROM YOUR ACCOUNT

1. Sign in to Etsy.com (not the Etsy app) and go to YOUR ACCOUNT
Go to "Purchases and reviews".
Next to the order, select Download Files. This brings you to the DOWNLOADS page for all the files attached to your order.

There are generally no limits how many times you can download a file. In most cases, you can access a file on your PURCHASE page, provided the transaction hasn't been cancelled or removed.

If payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be grey.

It is always recommended to download your files to save on your device immediately after purchase. After 6 months, we no longer assure that the download link will be available.

If you purchased an instant digital download as a guest, you'll find a link to download your files in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase.
If you don't see the emailed receipt from Etsy, check your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. If it’s not there, adding transaction@etsy.com to your address book or safe list can help you locate these emails in the future.

If nothing happens when you click the download links, it’s possible that there’s an issue with your web browser. Please disable any non-standard add-ons like ad blockers or toolbars that you’ve installed and try again.

If your computer states that the file has been corrupted, delete the file and try downloading it again. If you still can't open the file, please contact us so we can help you.

If you have a firewall set up through Adobe, sometime clicking on the PDF link will not work. Please disable the firewall, or reach out to us.
