If you are starting out into print making, then you will find our low cost and extremely durable "EZ Etching Press" as an excellent investment!

With 2 x14" wide rubberised rollers, you are guaranteed excellent results! Our 2 x 2.5" thick high quality SOLID rubber rollers help to spread the pressure evenly. Precision bearings on either side of the rollers ensure for a smooth and effortless operation. Using a machine with rollers such as ours ensures that you do not have to apply downward hand pressure which can be an issue especially for those who suffer with hand/joint pains or arthritis

The EZ Etching Press is robustly manufactured using high grade steel. It is compact and also can be stored away on a small shelf. As desk space if often at a premium, you will find that the EZ Etching Press will answer all your problems! Using a machine with rollers also means there are less steps involved and less use of desk/workspace.

Weighing around just 6 kgs, it can easily be transported from location to location with ease.

The distance between the two rubber rollers can easily be adjusted by as much as 10-15mm thus making it great for lino-cut printing too!

Pressure on the rollers can be applied by adjusting two wheels on top of the machine. The Special bearing used in the manufacture of the EZ Etching Press makes it effortless to use. By simply turning the hand wheel in either direction, the media can easily be fed forward or backward with remarkable ease.

The EZ Etching Press is best used with a mounting board. We supply an A3 MDF board free of charge!

You can make these very cheaply yourself from using offcut MDF/Plywood or similar material.
This should available cheaply from your local DIY store if required.

Maximum overall height distance between the two rollers is about 15mm.
Therefore, the combined height of the bed and media must not exceed 15mm maximum.

It's possible to use the 'bed' as a base to attach the screen clamps to also, thereby giving you yet another method of printing (Screen printing)



Not only that, we also send a felt blanket with the machine worth £5.00+VAT, Free of Charge!

The Premium Felt Blanket can be used with our EZ Etching Press Machine and depending on the printmaking process, we have found that a blanket can add more cushioning and help to improve print results. (Please note that the felt colour may vary - Subject to availability)

Notes to Buyer:

Our EZ Etching Press machines are imported by sea, and as such the machine might have a few minor tarnishes or slight amount of surface rust on the metal bit where the handle connects to the machine. This does not affect the operation of the machine in anyway whatsoever.

The Rubber Rollers may also have a small amount of sideways lateral movement, which is normal for the design of the machine.



The above factors will not affect the operation of the machine and should be accepted for an entry level product.

A small amount of assembly is needed to add the brackets to the machine on arrival, this is very straightforward, and guidelines are included, but do take care not to cross-thread the screws by inserting them at an angle.
