Am I allowed to sell finished pieces I make from your pattern?

Yes! As long as you credit me as the designer of the pattern with a valid link to my page (either instagram or etsy) and do not mass produce finished pieces. You cannot share the original PDF pattern - only stitched, finished products.

Do you take custom and personalized orders?

Yes! I will happily create a customized piece for you, starting from giving you the choice of available hoops or frames, to giving you the final say in how the layout of the design looks before I start stitching. For inquiries, please message me through here or Instagram. Please Note: Commission spots are temporarily full. There is a 50% non-refundable deposit once I begin the stitching process. Once the piece is finished, I will reach out to you for a final look at the piece before closing it up. If everything is just as you pictured, The rest of payment is due before I ship your new piece out.

Do you ship physical patterns?

As of right now, I am not mailing physical patterns.

Are your items finished pieces or just patterns?

My downloadable patterns will be clearly marked with "PDF" at the beginning of the listing title. If you purchase a PDF and wanted the physical hoop, I cannot refund you the money for the PDF. My hoops and frames are finished pieces and are shipped with the exact hoop or frame that they are listed in.

What if I want a finished piece of one of your PDFs?

You can reach out to me via instagram or through here and let me know what piece you were interested in! I love getting to recreate past projects and I can even tweak little details to make it more your style! There is a $15 nonrefundable deposit once I begin the stitching process. Once the order is finished and I reach out to complete the sale, you have 3 days to finish the purchase before you surrender your deposit and the hoop gets listed to my shop instead.

What if I don't like your PDF format?

If you don't like the default PDF of "symbols over color blocks" pattern, reach out to me once your purchase is complete so I can send you your preferred version.

DISCLAIMER: I use heat-erasable fabric pens on my work to mark my spots and outline images for stitching. Due to cold weather during transit, the temperature that the hoop reaches in the box may reactivate the pen. If you notice pen marks on your piece, using the high heat setting on a blowdryer will remove them immediately for you. Your piece will then be ready to be displayed and enjoyed.
