I cannot be responsible for packages that ship to the wrong location if the buyers address was saved incorrectly at checkout. USPS charges a $15.95 fee +postage (sometimes more) to intercept packages in transit. Sunshine Caps Co cannot be responsible for this fee.

Our scrub caps are 100% cotton, with the exception of the satin-lined options. We recommend machine washing in cold water and line-drying since some cotton fabrics may shrink with heat. However, most of our customers just toss them in the laundry without any special care & do not experience any issues. Caps can be ironed as needed.

I stand behind the quality of my work and inspect each item prior to shipping! If you happen to find any defects, have an issue with your order, or if you received the wrong item, please contact me and I'll make it right! Returns are accepted on US domestic orders in new, unworn, undamaged, and unwashed condition, in the state you received them within 30 days of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on any customized products. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
