I’ve tried reaching out to you several times to see how I can help with your purchase but I haven’t got any response . I’m not sure why you believe this is cheaply made, our personalized diaper bags are all custom made with a high grade nylon which is waterproof. The description is very detailed with the dimensions, material, photos of all the different compartments that hold baby bottles and etc… we ship each bag in a silk cover and then packaged with foam for a secure delivery. please feel free to message me back I’m happy to help with any concerns you have.
