The cutter shape and length/width were great, but the height is really low. It will only allow a 3/8in cookie at most. Typically, cutters come standard at 1/2in height to allow a variation in cookie thickness. The cutter also came with little plastic strings all over it from the 3d printer. I had to pick them off individually even after washing it to avoid them getting into my cookies. The cutter is a bit flimsy as well. I'm afraid it may break easily. It was packaged in a thick mailer, but When I opened it, the mailer shredded, and the insides left some odd insulation type material all over my clothes, car, and the cutter.
