SIZING AND MATERIALS

- Approx 4'' (101mm) square
- 0.025'' (0.6mm) thick aluminum with rounded edges
- Glossy, shiny surface on front
- Silver metal on back

Stain/water resistant with a wipe-easy finish

Comes complete with a red ribbon as pictured

Please note that as the metal is cut by hand there may be slight inconsistencies with the measurements

For best results I recommend photos that are:

- high resolution
- clear, in focus and not blurry
- bright (not dark)

Your chosen photo may need to be cropped to fit - please send me your uncropped photo and I will do it for you

I will work with you to create the perfect design & get approval from you before the item is made

Please note that colours shown on your monitor/phone may appear slightly different from the finished product

Designs are transferred using a dye sublimation printing process which produces a permanent, high quality image that won't fade

HOW IT WORKS

Enter the message into the personalization field then upload your image as a .jpg or .png file before placing the order

Within 1-2 days (usually sooner), I will send you a proof for you to see what your item will look like

Your order will not be printed until I receive a response from you so make sure that you check your messages (please be aware that Etsy messages sometimes go into your email spam folder and you don't always receive notifications through the app)

Free shipping to Canadian addresses are sent using Canada Post Lettermail and I am unable to provide any tracking information for this service. You can also choose Upgraded shipping which includes tracking

Orders to USA are shipped using USPS and tracking will be provided
