Sadly, I can't speak for the item quality because my order never arrived. I have tried reaching out to the store, emailing the owner, and asked for assistance from Etsy. I made sure to wait several weeks before doing a reveiw as I understand things can be busy for everyone. However, I'm not counting on hearing from anyone at this point.. I must note that I was refunded, but I asked to get some info, literally any info, and unfortunately, no one would respond to me. I was hoping to still be able to receive this item, but sadly, I don't believe it will be possible. Disappointed..

Hello Dasha, I sincerely apologize for the entire situation. I sent a few messages over to you to explain that it appears that when Etsy changed their seller’s app, none of my messages or orders were showing at all and they converted to an entirely new app completely unbeknownst to me. I believe that somewhere in that process, orders and messages were not reflected on either platform. I have reached out to Etsy to have this rectified as this now affects my customer rapport and ratings and I have only received outsourced replies that have offered zero support or resolution.
