When will I receive my order?

Your order will be shipped in 1-2 business days after your purchase and you will receive it in 2-5 business days.

When do i get my custom order?

Our deadline for custom orders is 3-4 business days but most of the time we are dispatching them in 2-3 business days.

When I order a custom or personalized product, can I see the product before you send it?

When you order a personalized product, we will inform you while your product is being prepared. We will share the screenshot of your product's design with you. So if you want to make changes, you'll be able to.

Do you accept color customization?

Most of our design is painted with electrostatic black paint but if you message us about the color option you would like. We can customize its color for a little amount of extra.

Which shipment companies do you work with?

We do ship our orders worldwide with Express Air Cargo. In this way, we want your order to reach you as soon as possible wherever you are in the world.

How can i track my order?

We will send the tracking number to you via email after your order has been dispatched. You can track your order from FEDEX official website. The output location of the package may be different on the tracking screen. Do not worry. We send our products according to the stock status, from the region we are in or from the region where we produce. You can see the product's origin in the "Shipping and return policies" section on the product detail page.

What happens if my order came damaged?

Unfortunately, these kind of things are happening occasionally, but don’t worry we can send a replacement or according to damage and if you accept we can give you a partial refund.

Do you accept returns?

We do accept returns in the first 14 days after your purchase but unfortunately, we don’t accept returns on orders which have gone 14 days after the purchase. But if you like to return your order because you didn’t like it the shipment costs are non-refundable. Details of our return procedure; If it is decided to return the product, the shipping fee is borne by the customer and the product is sent back to the seller. When the product reaches the seller, the seller returns it to the buyer by deducting the shipping costs incurred in the first shipment and the customs fees incurred due to the return from the amount paid by the buyer for the product.

Any sort of shipping cost is non-refundable on returns. All customs clearance costs are the buyer's responsibility. If the buyer does not accept the package due to customs clearance, a refund will be made by deducting the shipping charge from the buyer's balance. Buyers are responsible for the accuracy of the contact and address information required for package delivery. Packages that do not arrive due to incorrect address information are subject to the return procedure. * REMINDER !
