Our return policy is designed to maintain the quality and integrity of our products while ensuring customer satisfaction. Due to sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns for fragrances if they have been opened, as we prioritize your safety and product quality. However, for unopened products, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase. For instance, the foil seal on our fragrances must be intact without holes or tears to be eligible for return. This policy ensures that you receive a safe, sanitary, and 100% unaltered product untainted by external influences.

To aid in your decision-making process, we recommend trying fragrance sample strips to ensure the scent meets your needs, and purchasing 1 oz. sample bottles before committing to larger quantities. Returned fragrances must be sealed and be in good, unused condition to be eligible for refunds. Once we receive your return, we will promptly issue a refund to the original credit card used for the purchase.

Not eligible for returns:
• Fragrances with seals that have been removed or broken.
• Clearance fragrances
• Bulk-sized fragrances (8 lb. and 10 lb.)
• Fragrance test strips

Return shipping:
Return authorized items (customer is responsible for return shipping costs)
Original shipping costs, associated fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable

Exchanges and Compensation for Damaged/Missing Items
• For damaged or missing items, we offer either a replacement or credit
• For damaged items, please take photos of the items, box, and labels and email them to us
• Replacements will be shipped to the original shipping address only
To initiate a return or report damage message us on Etsy.

Any items that are automatically returned to us due to an incorrect address or other incorrect delivery information provided by the customer will be treated as a return. A refund will be issued for the cost of the merchandise, minus original shipping costs, and a 10% restocking fee.
