****Because of the high volume of orders we are currently only offering a black print with a white napkin.

1.) Email a high-quality jpeg of your pet with order # and pet name in the subject line. The quality of your picture greatly affects the outcome. Email lauracameron2 [!at] icloud.com

2.) Once we have the picture back from our artist, we will send you proof with your selections. You must approve within 48 hours of the proof being sent!! Orders that are not approved in that time frame will be canceled. Please note that our orders are immediately placed into production once we receive your approval, and after that, we cannot make changes. Be sure to look over everything carefully!

3.) Any change requests to the custom illustration will incur a $20 fee. Text and layout changes receive 2 complimentary adjustments if needed.

4.) After approval, we will send to the printer, and your order will be sent from the printer and updated shipping info on Etsy.
