Ana does not know what is advertised on the web. I did not customized, I liked 25 anniversary design in blue colors and ordered. Received in white grey pale colors. She told she never used blue colors. Something wrong with web. Offered refund less for s&h in both ways

Hi Tsilia, I have checked your customisation details again and there is nowhere stated that you wanted the design in blue. As such, I have prepared the picture as per the listing details and included your personalised message. Nevertheless, I proposed a refund upon receipt of the frame if you do not wish to keep it, but the offer was declined.
