CHAIN – All sizes are in inches, and the size includes both combined to equal the length. Our chain lengths have +2 inches extender.

RINGS – Please try to get your finger sized if you do not know your ring size. Any local jewelry store or department store can size your finger.
For Rings over 3mm in width (Wide Bands, Wraparound, Shield, Interlocking, etc.), we recommend SIZING UP by a quarter or half size from your US Fashion Ring Size.
Usually, your dominant hand is a half size larger than your non-dominant hand.
If exchanging, please contact us before reordering with a 1/4 (quarter) adjustment

You can use a small amount of a soft cloth to clean your ring. Or you can use any quality cleaning solution that can be found at any major retail department store.

All metal jewelry requires occasional maintenance and cleaning due to a build-up of everyday dirt and oils. Any household gold or silver jewelry cleaner will wipe the dirt off and restore shine after regular wear.

To prevent severe tarnish, we recommend keeping metal jewelry away from chlorine, household cleaners, and water with a high mineral content (hard water), as exposure may cause premature tarnish.

We recommend thoroughly drying your rings after washing your hands or exposing the jewelry to the water of any kind. Some lotions, hair products, and other topical products can cause chemical reactions in metal, causing it to discolor faster.

If you do not plan on wearing the jewelry for long periods, it is ideal to store it in a zip bag or an air-tight container separate from other jewelry with the silica pouch inside the box.

If you did not order the correct size or your jewelry doesn’t fit, we offer a resizing or adjustment service; an additional fee might be applied.

Some of our pieces are very delicate, so we recommend removing them before working out, doing any moderate to heavy lifting, or engaging in any activity that could strain the rings. We also recommend selecting a size that can be worn very comfortably. If your rings are too snug, it can put excess stress on the metal.

There is strength in numbers! Wearing more than one stacking ring will disperse pressure, making them more durable. Hammering metal helps to strengthen it. Therefore, our smooth pieces will be slightly more delicate than their hammered counterparts.
Most of our designs can be made of thicker metal. Let us know if you prefer a more durable option for your new ring!
