What is your return policy?

Please contact us before return. Stock items: If you ordered a stock item, received it in normal condition, and decide to return it, you may do so within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. A refund will be issued for the item price only (shipping costs are non-refundable). Custom-made items: Generally not eligible for return, since they are produced individually according to your measurements and specifications. Exceptions apply in cases of manufacturing defects or proven measurement errors. In such cases, Steel Mastery will remake the item or issue a refund, and postage expenses will be covered.

What if the product does not correspond to your order?

If through our fault the product does not correspond to your order, we will sort it out asap at our expence. We will replace the bad item with a good one or refund to you its full price if: you received a wrong item item you received is defective item doesn't correspond to the provided measurements In order to raise a claim, first you need to send us good quality photos of the bad item, showing the problem. Then you should send the item back to us, we make the refund or correct/replace it and send it back to you (everything at our cost).

What if I decided to cancel my order before it has been shipped to me?

If you placed an order and, before it has been shipped to you, decided to cancel it, we'll refund you 80% of its price + shipping costs you paid, after it's been sold on our website.

How do you ship orders?

By default, all orders are shipped via Ukrainian National Post or Nova Poshta, at the sole discretion of Steel Mastery. Other international courier services (such as DHL, etc.) may be used only upon explicit reques. Please note that these services are significantly more expensive. If you require shipment via another courier, conditions and pricing will be discussed individually. Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout and depend on your shipping address, the weight, and the size of your order. If a shipping cost was incorrectly calculated due to technical issues, Steel Mastery reserves the right to request the additional payment. If you decline, your order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.

Can I use your photo content from this site?

If you want to use our content for any reason, please contact us. Normally we allow its usage provided you made proper links to the source. Unauthorized use is not allowed.

If I am a wholesale customer?

If you’re a wholesale customer and want to make an order with total amount over 5000 EUR, we offer you to take a participation in our loyalty program. In this case please contact us for further information.

If I want stage payment?

As well, stage payment is possible when: Total amount of order is more than 300 EUR – you can pay 50% as advanced payment, and 50% are paid on the fact of order’s readiness. Or just contact us and we will discus what we can offer you.

This fifteenth century style shirt is simply a jewel. With its collars and sleeves in lettuce shapes, beautifully folded as it was styled in the fifteenth century but also in the first half of the sixteenth, it is a marvel of historical reconstruction that I do not think you will find anywhere else. This store is spectacular and those who run it are excellent artists and wonderful people who will always help you, understand and care about your satisfaction. And everything arrives perfect. A big round of applause for them!

Esta camisa de estilo siglo XV es sencillamente una joya. Con sus cuellos y mangas en formas alechugadas, dobladas bellamente como se estilaba en el siglo XV pero también en la primera mitad del XVI, es una maravilla de reconstrucción histórica que no creo que encuentres en otro lugar. Esta tienda es espectacular y quienes la dirigen son excelentes artistas y maravillosas personas que siempre te van a ayudar, entender y preocuparse por tu satisfacción. Y todo llega perfecto. Un gran aplauso para ellos!
