How does downloading the labels work?
Once your payment is processed, you will receive an email from ETSY with the subject “Download your Etsy order from maloOoGifts”. If you click on the “View files on ETSY” button, you will be taken directly to the download files.
You can also view your orders at any time on the Etsy website under “YOUR ACCOUNT” (top right of the page) in “PURCHASES AND REVIEWS”. Next to or below the ordering of our labels, a button with “VIEW FILES” should appear. If you click on it you will also get to the files.
Important note about downloading via mobile phone:
The Etsy app currently does NOT offer the ability to download. If you would like to print the file from your phone, please open the Etsy website in the browser app on your phone. After you have logged in, the whole thing works there as described above.
