HOW TO PURCHASE

1. Once payment is received you will receive an instant download line to access your purchased files. You can also find your files by clicking on your profile picture and heading to ‘purchases and reviews’.
2. This is a digital file, no physical product will be sent to you
3. Download your files and save them to your computer. PDF files can be opened in Acrobat Reader, however many computers will have inbuilt PDF viewers which will open automatically. If you do not already have Adobe Acrobat reader, you can download it here: www.get.adobe.com/reader.
4. Print the files as many times as you like. For best results, print on card and laminate.

All files from my shop are instant downloads and ready to be printed. No physical product will be sent and for this reason I cannot offer refunds. I sadly have first hand experience of how basic tasks can become very difficult for those diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and dementia. My mum is now in the advanced stages of this awful disease and I am passionate about creating useful resources to help both patients and caregivers.
