You can follow any of these: 1. Download the artwork 2. Print instantly at home 3. Take or email the files to your local printer or photo printing shop like Costco/Staples/Walmart 4. Upload the files to an online printing service

How can I download my digital files?

To access your digital files from your Etsy account: 1. Sign in to Etsy.com on a web browser (not the Etsy app) and click on Your profile image, which is at the top right. 2. Go to "Purchases and reviews". 3. Next to the order, select Download Files. ➡ If you don't see a download button, click the tiny grey arrow to the right of the order. This brings you to the Downloads page. If payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be grey.

I purchased a digital item, but I don't have an Etsy account.

If you purchased an instant digital download as a guest, you'll find a link to download your files in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase. If you don't see the emailed receipt from Etsy, check your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. If it’s not there, adding transaction@etsy.com to your address book or safe list can help you locate these emails in the future.

Can I have a file size that is not listed?

I purchased a print, but I only received a text file.

When you open the text file, you will see the download link. Please copy and paste that link into your browser, that will bring you to my google drive from where you would download the files. The reason behind this, is because the files are too large to be downloaded directly from Etsy.

How do I open the .zip files?

To open your zip file, simply right click on the file and select extract file, that should open up a new folder with your jpeg files.
