Heron Lake Prints sells digital files. Your order is either a direct download for individual graphics and patterns, or linked in a PDF. We use Dropbox to deliver PDF downloads.

Your order may be downloaded from the order received screen, in your confirmation email, or under your avatar in the 'Purchases and reviews' tab. Never hesitate to contact me if you need help.

You may download your files as many times as you need. It is always faster to re-download from your account on Etsy than it is to message me. If you have trouble downloading, be sure you are on a computer and not your phone. Phones often do not have the space to download the large files I sell.

We have many sets of 100+ digital papers in two styles: A4 and square. Both styles are great for many purposes, but the A4 papers are perfect for home printing as wall art. The square option are perfect for scrapbooking pages or any other paper craft.

Each set is unique and no image is repeated. Collect them all!

If you are having issues with downloading, it could one of two things:

1. There may be a hiccup in downloading because someone else is downloading at the same time or Dropbox is experiencing high volume. Just wait a minute and try again. Error messages usually resolve quickly if you just re-try.

2. Be sure to use your computer! Downloading huge files onto your phone may cause download errors.

3. You can always re-download your files from the 'Reviews and Purchases' section of your Etsy account.

4. I deliver big files with a PDF that contains a link embedded in an image of the listing. Click on the picture in the PDF to activate the link. Please, do this on a computer as the files sizes can be large.

Our patterns are pattern TILES. That means it is one design that can be repeated infinitely. You can use the define pattern and Layer > New Fill Layer > Pattern in Photoshop. If you are uploading to Printify, you can use the create pattern option when placing the design on a product. In Canva, you will have to manually duplicate and place the tile multiple times to fill the area with the pattern.

Our 100 bundles are hands-down the best deal! Each pack has 100, high res digital papers that can also be printed as wall art. They give you endless options for creativity at a great price.

It is important to note that many of my papers are designed to be vintage and impressionistic in style, complete with scratches, texture, wearing patterns, etc. They are not photo-realistic and often look like scanned vintage files. Many of our papers have painted texture. If you are unclear what the files look like, message me and I will share a zoomed in screen shot.

The short answer is, no. Please, reach out if you have any questions prior to purchase. Many of our sets are HUGE, with 100+ files. I work to create each of these and the time investment is immense. My goal is to create a variety in each pack that will serve multiple needs for my creative customers. Once you order digital files, you own the files. I cannot retrieve them back, so for that reason, all sales are final.

Yes and no. If you have a shop with less than two employees, you may use the files without a license. If you have a business with two or more employees, then you must purchase a license for each product you plan to use in your offerings. The license is pinned at the top of our store.

1. Be sure you download the high res files on a computer from the provided Dropbox link.
2. Be sure to use the PHOTO setting on your printer. This will make the most faithful representation of the files.
