Item is ok, but also very expensive, long delivery time, communication leaves a lot to be desired

I ordered before Christmas and needed it for the first week of January. Unfortunately it didn't arrive on time and I didn't receive a response to my two emails. I also don't think the quality of the material justifies the high price. It's really pretty and I like it, but it looks bulkier in the pictures. In reality it is very very light and not that big either. Oh well, rate the detector parking lot. :-)
