We design each order individually and create them just for you. We cannot accept refunds or exchanges.

We ship Royal Mail 24 as standard.

This means, although you may receive a tracking number, it isn't a number that is actually used for tracking, more so, proof of postage.

We do offer upgrades - you can find a separate listing for this.
Upgrades are shipped within 24 hours using Royal Mail Special delivery before 1pm.

We can offer tracked shipping if required, however this does not mean your order will be processed immediately.

Our general turnaround time is 1-3 business days. At busy periods such as Christmas, Easter etc, we may take a little longer.

If your item isn't received after you have had confirmation of postage, we cannot claim back postage or compensation from Royal Mail until 35 days has passed.

Simply pop us a message and a photograph or your item and we will resolve the issue immediately.

Depending on which shipping option you selected at the checkout, you may or may not have a tracking number. If you selected 2nd or 1st class mail, the tracking number you have been provided is purely for delivery purposes only. This code is not tracked through the network, only when it is delivered.

If you are unable to track your order and over 35 days have passed, we can try to claim with Royal Mail for your missing item.
